1) The detailed fault description, error code, photo of wiring, photo of nameplate, photo of fault part, photo of site should be sent back to Thinkvert for evaluation accordingly.

2) The fault reason will be analyzed by Thinkvert and Thinkvert will find out whether it is caused by quality problem of product or by improper operation of user.

3) Which parts of products should be replaced will be suggest by Thinkvert. In case of quality problem, Thinkvert shall replace a same inverter for fault one which power rating is under 11KW within warranty time. For the inverter which power rating is 15KW and above, Thinkvert shall offer spare parts e.g. control board, power board, fan or other related parts which are necessary for repairing product free of charge.

4) Thinkvert warranty do not cover damages resulting by inappropriate storage, incorrect installation, improper maintenance and bad environment beyond environmental requirements.

5) Thinkvert is not responsible for modifications, reworking, disassemble without Thinkvert permission.
